Biography: Mr. Toad was a very peculiar and very selfish being. Though he was in charge of Toad Hall, which was the pride of all of the animals living on the waterfront, Mr. Toad liked to live well. He liked to play card games, often gambling away large sums of money, as well as living to find a new obsession. One such obsession was cars and it led him to make a bad deal with a bunch of weasels: the deal being that in exchange for Toad Hall, the weasels would give Toad a motorcar. The man who ran the bar the deal was made at, Mr. Winkie, was in cahoots with the weasels and the lot of them concocted the blackmail deal. The weasels would take the deed but report the car missing. When Toad called Mr. Winkie, who he thought to be an honorable man, to the stand to testify on his behalf, Winkie said that the car was stolen and that Toad had tried to sell it to him. This led to Toad being put in prison. While in prison for a crime he did not commit, Chernabog's curse hit and Mr. Toad of Toad Hall became Teegan Todd of Yensidia. Teegan is one of the most notorious playboys in Yensidia, and one of the most talked about. He doesn't work, money having been left to him by his father. Instead he likes to be seen in the places of ill repute, places where men like him shouldn't be seen such as The Alley Cat and hanging with men like Bill Sykes.
